Let the music flow with the rhythm of the river! Put on in conjunction with Shane Brown, renowned Electric Folk Rock musician from the Pacific Northwest, our live music and whitewater rafting trip on the Deschutes River is the perfect blend of river time and live artistry. Over three days, guests will experience whitewater rafting combined with intimate, riverside performances by Shane. Each evening, listen to Shane as he shares personal stories and music under a canopy of stars, creating a deeply engaging connection with nature and fellow rafters. This is a unique way to experience live music in a serene yet wild setting, and a memorable retreat for rafting fans and music lovers alike.
Our three-day, two-night whitewater rafting trip on the Deschutes River starts and ends in Maupin, Oregon. Youโll spend your days floating through one of the most scenic river basins in the US and your evenings fishing from sandy beaches, enjoying delicious meals and warm fires, and camping under the stars with our guides. The Deschutes River is rated intermediate, with many Class III rapids and potentially Class III+ rapids depending on water levels. Itโs accessible for beginners and non-swimmers and exciting enough to keep seasoned rafters on their toes. It is a great option for non swimmers, young families, and whitewater rafters who want to try a multi-day trip.
